The Process of Buying Land with Sidai Genuine Agency

Clients Visit our Offices and identify Plots they want to buy.

The Client then performs a search of the title of the land he/she prefers to buy at the ministry of land Registry at Ngong

Fills an agreement form between the vendor and Buyer.

The Client can choose to pay in installments of 6 months.
A Transfer is issued to transfer Ownership from the vendor to the purchaser,the clients needs to bring
4 copies of coloured passport photos,His/Her KRA certificate and copy of national ID on completion of payments.

The Title-deed is then issued within a period of 90 days.
